17 Amazing {real food} Holiday Vegetable Recipes You Must Try

One of my biggest pet peeves when it comes to holiday cooking (or any cooking, really) is that the bird seems to get all the attention.
Don’t get me wrong, I like me some good roasted…well… Anything! I love roasted turkey, roasted chicken, roasted duck, roasted lamb, roasted ham – I’m a real roast meat lover, yes I AM!
BUT…. I’m also a vegetable fanatic. Locally produced & regionally seasonal veggies get my heart a’racing – even more than Chuck Hughes (and that’s sayin’ something). I know I can’t be the only one. Can I??
I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: The sign of a true chef, is one who can not only cook meat well, but can also make a veggies phenomenal.
