Deliciously Simple Prosciutto Arugula Salad Rolls

Ingredients
- 8 Slices of Prosciutto di Parma
- 1 Pear, cored and cut into 8 wedges
- 4 Oz Blue cheese, crumbled
- Big handful of farm fresh arugula
- Good quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Coarse sea salt & fresh cracked black pepper
- Optional: Organic local honey to drizzle
Instructions
- Super simple: Toss the arugula in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay the prosciutto on a board, layer the ingredients on top, roll & if desired, skewer with adorable tooth picks and drizzle with honey.
- Eat.
