Good morning my friends! I’m please to announce today our SQPR: Modern Italian Food & Wine cookbook wiener!
You sure do like your Italian food and wine! And I knew that you would – I KNEW it! (I just said that in my best Chandler from Friends voice but you can’t hear that… So let’s move on, shall we?)
When I announced to you that I was giving away a copy of SPQR, I knew I had found something special. Like I said then, this book is Epic with a capital E – and to be 100% truthful, I’m still sorting my way through it! There’s so much information here about Italian cuisine I feel like I’m getting a full education! It’s certainly a mouthful (or 80). In fact, I feel like I’ve traveled there and back without having to suffer the jet leg of a 13 hour flight. And as I sip my glass of Chianti this fine Friday morning (what? they do it in Italy!), I’m stoked to share this fine piece of literature that this cookbook is, with you.
