Grilled Balsamicy Summer Asparagus



  1. Pre-heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. While that heats up, toss the asparagus in a bowl with a couple glugs of olive oil, the lemon juice, and a good pinch of the salt and pepper.
  3. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on both sides until grill marks are evident and asparagus is cooked through, but not mushy.
  4. Plate and drizzle with a Tbsp or two of the balsamic reduction, and a sprinkle of lemon salt.
  5. Eat.
