Lemon Salt
Ingredients
- 1/4 C Coarse Sea Salt.
- 1 Lemon, for zest.
Instructions
- In a pestle and mortar, bash together both ingredients. Dry out for a couple hours before storing and then keep in a sterilized glass mason jar until ready to use.
