    Kristy,
    Loved listening to you-you sound as Canadian as I expected (which is all in the about/aboot and house/. . . .) and thank you for not preaching that I have to be All Real. I like your 80/20 rule, which I just learned was what percentage of other people’s stuff vs my stuff that I should be sharing on G+. Nice when there are multiple things for me to remember that are all the same. So to speak.

      hahahaha - I heard it once too Kirsten. I was like “shit. we do sooound like that”. haha….Thanks so much for your kind words. It’s still all very new and I’ll find my groove soon. It’s hard talking to myself. lol

      Aw hi Auntie!!! Thank you so much! I love hearing from readers but there’s always a little extra happy when I hear from family. The podcast was okay - it’ll get better as I get more comfortable behind the mic.

      I’m glad to hear you guys have been eating better. I saw on Facebook that you’ve lost a lot of excess weight. I’m so glad you’re getting into eating real food and am more than happy to answer ANY questions your have or help in any way I can. Just let me know :)
