A snippet of this week’s bounty: A mass-village of teeny tiny Inuksuks; My new 5pm thing is beer, chips and salsa from Fresh is Best Salsa Co; An unattractive mess but hot damn fresh BC Pears and squirly sprouted toast with homemade almond butter and spiked and juicy blueberry butter; Parachute Coffee delivery day! It’s my new coffee of the month club; Taco Tuesday on Wednesday with fresh corn on the cob, the sweetest tomatoes I’ve ever ate, crunchy cabbage slaw and ocean-wise tilapia topped off with fresh chilies and a lime infused sour cream on locally made corn tortillas (my entire dinner was from BC! And at less than 3 bucks a plate!); Quiet mornings with nature and java.

Check out more of the stuff I chowed down on via my Instagram Feed (because I pretty much live there).

Thanks for hosting. This week I linked up a couple recipes. And I have already pinned a bunch.

That Taco Tuesday meal sounds delicious! I might be ambitious and make some fish tacos tomorrow night. (I already feel laziness coming on for tonight’s dinner. With hubby out of town and a non-picky toddler, leftovers seem like a good way to go 🙂 )

Taco Tuesday makes me think of the Lego Movie.

    Everything Is Awesome.

I’ve got green tomatoes, green tomatoes, and butternut squash for you. Must be transitioning to Fall?
